Govt: Decisions Issued to Erased Will not Be Basis for Compensation

Ljubljana, 15 January - The 2003 ruling by the Constitutional Court obliges the government to start issuing decisions reinstating the status of the erased, the cabinet wrote on Thursday in a reply to a question by an opposition MP. It added, however, that the decisions retroactively restoring permanent residence would not present a legal basis for compensation claims.
