Debate Challenges Govt Staffing Policy

Ljubljana, 16 January - Government staffing policy topped the agenda as the parliamentary parties faced off on Thursday in the first televised debate after the autumn election. The boss of the opposition Democrats (SDS) Janez Jansa said the PM was not true to his election promise that he would keep from partisan staffing, but the coalition begged to differ.
