Poet Neza Maurer Chosen Woman of the Year
Ljubljana, 22 January - The readership of Jana, one of the most popular women's magazines in Slovenia, has chosen Neza Maurer, a 78-year-old poet, as the Slovenian Woman of 2008. The award was presented for the 21st year running at a ceremony in Ljubljana on Thursday.
