Constitutional Court Turns Down Intelligence Law Petition

Ljubljana, 5 February - The Constitutional Court decided on 8 January to throw out because of procedural reasons the petition of Information Commissioner Natasa Pirc Musar for a constitutional review of a law dealing with the monitoring of international communication lines by SOVA, the Slovenian intelligence agency, the Court wrote in a press release on Thursday.
