Ljubljana, 6 February - Foreign Ministry State Secretary Dragoljuba Bencina met in Ljubljana on Friday diplomats from EU and NATO countries to brief them on the Slovenia's position on the European Commission's proposal for solving the border issue with Croatia and the procedure of the ratification of Croatia's NATO accession protocol.
