NKBM Bank Ends 2008 Well Below Targets

Maribor, 10 February - The group structured around Slovenia's second largest bank, NKBM, generated EUR 38.6m in pre-tax profit in 2008, which is just 60% of the target and nearly 50% down on 2007 figure. The bank's pre-tax profit of EUR 32.3m fell 40% short of the target too, and was down 40% on the 2007 figure.
