Watchdog Launches Infringement Proceedings Against Istrabenz Owners

Ljubljana, 26 February - The Securities Market Agency said on Thursday that it had launched infringement proceedings against six owners of Istrabenz and their bosses over their failure to publish a takeover bid for the holding.
