Profit at Luka Koper Nearly Halved

Koper, 27 February - Port operator Luka Koper saw net profit nearly halved in 2008, to EUR 13.7m. But this is a result of charges it took on shareholdings in other companies, whereas operating profit remained nearly level at EUR 20.5m, the company said Friday. Operating revenues jumped 12% to EUR 137.2m.
