Fmr. Justice: Erasure not Based on Laws

Ljubljana, 28 February - The legislation in 1992 did not envisage the possibility of simply erasing people from the permanent residence registry, former president of the Constitutional Court Dragica Wedam Lukic told daily Dnevnik.
