Bucar: Referendum Needed on Border in Istria

Ljubljana, 1 March - Institute 25 June, a patriotic outfit, published on Sunday what is sees as starting points needed to determine the border between Slovenia and Croatia. The statement is signed by France Bucar, one of the most respected Slovenian politicians, and says among other things that the border in Istria should be subject to a referendum.
