Constitutional Court Proposes Changes to Court Act

Ljubljana, 2 March - The Constitutional Court has filed at the Justice Ministry a motion to amend the Constitutional Court act with the aim of reducing the caseload at the court and improving its efficiency. The court said on Monday that the amendments to the act should be passed as soon as possible.
