Ljubljana, 4 March - The government is crafting a plan to stimulate research and development in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, Economy Minister Matej Lahovnik told an energy conference on Wednesday, while Environment Minister Karl Erjavec stressed the importance of energy efficiency in fighting climate change.
