Govt Proposes Abolition of Supervisors' Profit Participation

Ljubljana, 5 March - The government discussed at Thursday's session draft amendments to the companies act introducing new rules for general assemblies in state-owned companies. The cabinet wants to introduce a new provision that abolishes participation in profit for members of supervisory boards.
