Govt Adopts Changes to Bankruptcy Law

Ljubljana, 5 March - The government adopted on Thursday amendments to the act on financial operations, insolvency proceedings and compulsory dissolution which offer greater protection to creditors, especially in procedures of personal bankruptcy and those dealing with bankrupts, Justice Minister Ales Zalar said.
