Ljubljana, 9 March - Losers outnumbered winners three-to-one on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Monday, with the benchmark SBI 20 index losing 42.37 points (1.22%) to 3,440.46, and the SBI TOP index of the biggest items shedding 9.64 points (1.17%) to 816.24.
