Doerfer to Continue Haider's Minority Policies

Klagenfurt, 9 March - The newly elected Carinthian Governor Gerhard Doerfler told Monday's issue of Austrian newspaper Der Standard that he would strive for the reintroduction of a rule determining that only municipalities with at least 25% minority population could have bilingual signs, which was abrogated by the Constitutional Court in 2001.
