Committee Rejects Debate on MP's Call to Radio Show
Ljubljana, 12 March - The parliamentary Culture Committee refused to discuss a recent phone call by Zares deputy Ivo Vajgl to a radio current affairs show that caused one of the guests to leave the show in protest. The opposition Slovenian Democrats (SDS), which requested the discussion, walked out of the session when a vote was called to strike the item off the agenda.
