Watchdog's Challenge Istrabenz AGM Resolution Rejected
Koper, 12 March - The Koper District Court has rejected an attempt of the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) to annul the resolutions adopted at the 2008 August annual general meeting of the holding Istrabenz, where six shareholders ignored an ATVP decree that stripped them of their voting rights, Istrabenz said in a press release on Thursday.
