Daily Says European Election Mean Much only to Parties

Ljubljana, 16 March - The election to the European Parliament is a first class political event only for parties, daily Dnevnik says on Monday, noting that in 2004 the average turnout in the EU was only 45%, while in Slovenia it stood at 28%.
