Police Expects More Crime Due to Economic Crisis

Ljubljana, 16 March - Presenting the statistiscs for 2008, Slovenian police said on Monday that they expected the crime rate to go up in 2009 due to economic crisis. Last year, the police investigated 81,917 criminal cases, according to Branko Japelj, head of the Ljubljana Police Administration's criminal department.
