Ljubljana, 16 March - Dimitrij Rupel is leaving the post of the prime minister's special foreign affairs envoy and returning to the Foreign Ministry, news portal Zurnal24 reports on Monday, quoting unofficial information. While Bojan Brezigar of the Foreign Ministry denied the speculations, the interior minister said the PM had informed her Rupel was leaving the post.
