Minister Says Layoffs Hardest Nut for EU Summit

Brussels, 16 March - Slovenia's Minister of Development and European Affairs Mitja Gaspari believes the hardest nut to crack for the EU summit this weekend and the following months in general will be to stop the trend of job losses across Europe.
