Istrabenz's Subsidiary Sells Marina Koper
Koper, 19 March - The tourist division of the indebted Istrabenz conglomerate, Istrabenz Turizem, has sold its 89% stake in the Marina Koper, as well as a night club and a restaurant in the seaside resort of Portoroz to construction company Grafist. The debt-stricken Istrabenz said on Thursday the move was necessary to secure liquidity.
