EU Agrees on Stimulus Project, Slovenia Facing Aid Contributions

Brussels, 19 March - EU leaders meeting at a summit in Brussels on Thursday reached a framework agreement on a stimulus package of EUR 5bn in community funds to be spend as part of a plan to revive the European economy, according to a diplomatic source. The details of the agreement are still subject to talks on lower levels.
