Daily Says SocDem Congress Mere Formality

Ljubljana, 23 March - Sunday's congress of the ruling Social Democrats (SD) was obviously a mere formality as only the expected things happened, daily Dnevnik says on Monday, believing that this is so because the leading SD officials actually do not have time for their own party.
