Time Warner Becoming Co-Owner of POP TV and Kanal A

New York, 23 March - Media giant Time Warner was reported on Monday of planning to spend US$ 241.5m on a 31% stake in Bermuda-based broadcast network operator Central European Media Enterprises (CME). This would give it an indirect stake in Slovenian commercial stations POP TV and Kanal A, which are owned by CME.
