Delo Says Banks to Escape Bankruptcy at Expense of Taxpayers

Ljubljana, 24 March - Daily Delo says in Tuesday's commentary that taxpayers will come out the worse from the US proposal to deal with toxic assets while banks will not receive their due punishment.
