Panel Discusses Legal Obligations to Post-war Killings
Ljubljana, 25 March - A panel was organised in Ljubljana on Wednesday to discuss legal options for the prosecution of those responsible for post-war killings. Justice Minister Lovro Sturm said that crimes against humanity do not fall under statute of limitation and that it was the state's duty to bring the perpetrators to justice.
