MPs Shorten VAT Refund Period to 21 Days
Ljubljana, 31 March - Parliament passed on Tuesday changes to the value added tax act which shorten the period in which the state has to refund excess value added tax to businesses to 21 days from the current 60 days. The measure will not enter into force before January 2010.
