National Council Vetoes Key Crisis Bill

Ljubljana, 2 April - The National Council vetoed on Thursday a key government crisis bill because it fails to provide loan guarantees to cooperatives. The veto was confirmed despite warnings that this could seriously undermine efforts to help Slovenian companies in time of a shortage of credit.
