MPs to Debate Constitutionality of Referendum on Attorney Fees

Ljubljana, 7 April - The National Assembly will hold an emergency session on Wednesday to discuss asking the Constitutional Court to assess whether a delay in the implementation of the recently passed amendments to the attorneys act or their rejection in a referendum could lead to an unconstitutional situation.
