Court Stops Retrial Against Bishop Rozman

Ljubljana, 14 April - The Ljubljana District Court stopped on Friday the persecution of Bishop Gregorij Rozman and Miha Krek, the WWII leader of a precursor of the People's Party (SLS), after their 1946 convictions had been repealed by the Supreme Court in 2007. The circumstances exclude the possibility of criminal persecution, the district court said on Tuesday.
