Govt Requests Extraordinary NLB AGM over Bonuses
Ljubljana, 16 April - The government decided on Thursday to request from the management of the NLB bank to call an extraordinary shareholders' meeting. The government expects that the meeting will vote for the data on the payment of bonuses to the former NLB chairman Marjan Kramar to be made public.
