A consistent foreign-political silence practiced by Slovene government in the past few days is by no means circumstantial. Otherwise attracted by spotlight, the foreign minister is silent. Silent is also the prime minister. The latter usually is but this time he is silent with a reason. Too important things are at stake to be wasted only due to exaggerated eloquence: special representatives Matjaž Jančar and Amadeo De Franchis will on Friday in Rome most probably "come to an agreement", which in a diplomatic language means an agreement on bilateral issues, writes the Friday edition of the daily Republika.
