Pivovarna Lasko Sales Down, EUR 0.9m Loss in Q1

Laško, 28 April - The beverage group around brewery Pivovarna Lasko recorded EUR 74.1m in sales revenues in the first quarter of 2009, a 4.6% drop over the same period last year. While operating profit was up 45.9% to EUR 3.7m, the group ended the first quarter EUR 0.9m in the red, Pivovarna Lasko said in a statement.
