Govt to Amend Public Finances Act
Ljubljana, 30 April - The government is drafting amendments to the public finances act, which would ban banks that have received state aid from giving, extending or insuring loans used in management buyouts, Finance Minister Franc Krizanic told the press after the cabinet session on Thursday.
