Govt Adopts GMO Legislation

Ljubljana, 30 April - The government adopted on Thursday a bill regulating the production of genetically modified crops in Slovenia, Agriculture Minister Milan Pogacnik told the press after the government's weekly session. The bill focuses on coexistence of GMOs and traditional crops. The bill we be rushed to the parliament in an emergency procedure.
