Constitutional Court Halts Attorney Law Referendum

Ljubljana, 5 May - The Constitutional Court has ruled in a narrow decision that there can be no referendum against the controversial changes to the attorneys act because a rejection of the changes in a ballot would have unconstitutional effects.
