Minister Says Slovenia Should Not Cut Education Budget

Brussels, 12 May - If the most liberal countries in the EU, such as the United Kingdom, do not cut funds for education, then there is no reason for Slovenia, which is a more welfare-oriented state, to do so, Education Minister Igor Luksic said in Brussels on Tuesday after talks with British counterpart Jim Knight.
