Govt Amends Act on Trial Without Undue Delay
Ljubljana, 14 May - The government adopted on Thursday amendments to the act on the protection of right to trial without undue delay, which is a response to several rulings of the European Court of Human Rights awarding compensations to Slovenian citizens because of violations of this right.
