Ljubljana, 23 May - Daily Delo suggests on Saturday that the US are returning to the Balkans. This was made clear by US criticism of the EU's policies on the Balkans, as well as by this week's visit of US vice-president Joe Biden to the region's most troubled states: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Kosovo.
