IMF: Slovenia Is Severely Affected by Economic Crisis
Washington, 23 May - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said in its annual assessment that Slovenia "as a small open economy, is now severely affected by the global economic crisis". It is projecting that the country's economy will shrink by 2.7% this year. Growth is expected to return in 2010, when it should stand at 1.4%.
