Chief Prosecutor Urges Legislature to Pass Clear Laws

Ljubljana, 26 May - State Prosecutor-General Barbara Brezigar presented a report on the work of Slovenia's prosecutors in 2008 to parliamentary Speaker Pavel Gantar on Tuesday, calling for clearer and more exact legislation. She stressed that the prosecution services had a tough job proving criminal liability in white collar crime.
