Minister: State Does not Have Money for APCs
Ljubljana, 27 May - Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic has admitted that the Slovenian army has not yet taken over any of the 135 armoured personnel carriers under the 2006 deal with Finnish defence contractor Patria because it does not have enough money, a TV Slovenija report said.
