Koper, 30 May - Primorske novice reports in its commentary on Saturday on the failure of German company TGE Gas Engineering to obtain a permit to build a gas terminal in the port of Koper. Alluding to the scarce media coverage about the rejection by the Energy Directorate, the paper says that TGE is leaving the way it came - quietly.
