President Nataša Pirc Musar will pay an official visit to Hungary on Wednesday. She is scheduled to hold talks with her counterpart Karalin Novak, Prime Minister Viktor Orban and President of the Hungarian Parliament Laszlo Köver. This will be Pirc Musar's first official visit abroad after working visits to Croatia and Germany.

The Specialised State Prosecutor's Office has requested a court-led investigation into allegations of wrongdoing in ventilator purchases during the Covid pandemic that have been levelled against former Economy Minister Zdravko Počivalšek, his former colleague Andreja Potočnik and Marko Bitenc, CEO of ventilator supplier Geneplanet, reports 24ur.
