Luxembourg, 15 June - EU foreign ministers backed in Luxembourg on Monday visa liberalisation for the Western Balkans. Slovenian Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar said that the latest report of the European Commission showed "clear headway had been made by all countries, of which some are better in meeting the criteria" than the others.
