NLB Said to be Selling Seized Stakes in Mercator and Lasko

Ljubljana/Laško, 17 June - Slovenia's biggest bank, NLB, has started selling a 12.5% stake in retailer Mercator and a 25% stake in beverage group Pivovarna Lasko, which had served as collateral for an EUR 130m loan the bank gave to a financial firm controlling Mercator and Lasko, according to unofficial sources close to NLB.
