EU Leaders Back Barroso, Converge on Fiscal Supervision
Brussels, 19 June - EU leaders, among them Slovenia's Borut Pahor, expressed unanimous support at the summit in Brussels on Thursday for a second term of Jose Manuel Barroso as European Commissioner. Also in sight are agreements on stricter fiscal control in the EU and on support to developing countries in fighting climate change.
