Govt Raises Salaries for Judges, Asserts Fixed Pay Principle
Ljubljana, 19 June - Following an agreement with judges that came after a 10-month work-to-rule strike, the government adopted on Friday changes that equalise wages in the judicial branch with those in the executive and legislative branches and reassert the primacy of fixed- over performance-based wages.
